Khalid Jewayni

Khalid is a highly experienced leader with over two decades of expertise in product management and innovation across diverse industries, including healthcare, fintech, banking, and hospitality. 

He has served on Executive Committees and collaborated closely with Boards of Directors during times of significant business transformation. Khalid founded CX Pathfinder, a customer strategy consultancy specializing in strategic initiatives and customer experiences, and he has worked as a Fractional CXO/CPO.

His most recent role was as the fractional Chief Experience Officer for Ready Rebound, where he successfully led a strategic vision, product roadmap, and digital transformation. Khalid’s previous roles include Head of Customer Experience and Mobile Products at Oportun, where he played a key role in the company’s IPO, and leading Digital Product and Experience Innovation for Capital One Cafes.

His career began in hospitality at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and he has a background in Hospitality Management and military service in the United States Army.

Rabih Khoury

Over the course of the past 18 years, Rabih Khoury has taken on a diverse range of roles in various organizations. His career journey began in 2004 as an Intern at Naval Sea Systems Command. Subsequently, in 2007, he transitioned into the role of Aeronautical Engineer at the Department of Defense. In 2010, 

Rabih became a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. The years from 2012 to 2019 saw him holding multiple positions at Capital One, including roles such as Product Manager in Cafe Innovation, Manager in Finance, and Operations Analyst in Retail Banking. In 2019, Rabih took on the role of Director, Customer Insights at Oportun, and in 2020, he became a Partner at CXP Embedded Partners. Currently, he holds the position of VP, Consumer Insights at Real Vision, which he has occupied since 2022.

Rabih Khoury’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University, which he earned in 2006. Following this, he pursued a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, completing it in 2016.
